Ok we are slightly aggravated right now well ok PISSED!
As most of you know we moved into this GREAT house that is big enough for our family, dogs, pool table so on back in Sept of last yr. Then the flood happen and we lost so much and was then only able to live in the upper half of the house. Well that meant being cramped into a 1bdrm & office, where 1 kid has been able to sleep in the office n one in the living room for close to a yr now. Also we have helped tear down the damaged stuff from the flood, paid for all the elec that they used for the construction on the rebuild, (an extra 550.00) and put up with contractors staying over so stuff could get done sooner. To have the owner let it go into foreclosure when all they had left was to put carpet in! Then our rent would of went back up and we would of been able to use our whole house again. Also if we would of known that he was doing this we had a buyer for the house for us LAST WK!!!!!!! So we could of stayed here and not worried where we are going to go now. I am sure we will find a place and we are hoping we can figure something out where we can stay here and not have to move again!!!
So if anyone knows of a 4b2b prefer on some land where we can have the daycare n dogs let us know!!!!!! or a 3b2b but with a family & separate living room, or huge bonus room.
We are really hoping that we can get it where we don't have to move and can work something out on this place still..............Good thing is we will get about 3600 here any day cause of all this BS! BUT I would rather have my house n not worry about moving instead of the cash!!!!!!!

I found out we have at least 6-8 months to live here rent free! He is only 1 month behind and we offered to pay his mortgage payment to get him caught up but he doesnt want to mess with it anymore. So we will save n see if we can purchase it after we get some stuff paid off we want and of course have a great XMAS lol
I am sure it will all work out and we will be ok........
